Sales Executive Roll Deadline: 10th January 2025
Role Description
Truism is seeking a dynamic and results-driven commission sales executive to join our sales team. This role will focus on sales for the pulses, and ingredients, with the opportunity to expand into other areas that align with the position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales for pulses and ingredients.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Riding a Motor Bike will be an added advantage
Benefits: Basic Salary + commission

They will contribute to building resilient farming systems that can adapt to climate change challenges by providing tailored workshops and practical guidance to help these smallholder farmers develop sustainable practices that conserve water, improve soil health, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
This contribution will directly lead to increased food security, improved livelihoods, and the long-term sustainability of rural communities. By volunteering with Truism, individuals can be part of a team dedicated to creating a positive change in the lives of smallholder farmers, contributing to sustainable agriculture, community development, and environmental preservation.
